Likely can connect an external assistant with permission to read and log here. It uses the same honest ranges as the mobile app and never needs your Likely password.
Start in Likely.
Open Settings → Connect your AI in the mobile app and choose the assistant you use. Likely supplies the current setup instructions.
Review and decide.
Sign in to Likely and review the requested access, then allow or deny the whole request. Denying it creates no connection.
Revoke whenever you want.
Linked assistants appear under Connect your AI with their approved access. Revoking access stops future use without changing your Likely password.
The context you approve.
A connected assistant can read the Likely information listed in the access request you approve.
Log food with your permission.
The standard connection can log food but cannot change your settings or targets. Likely checks each log using the same rules as the app.
Secure sign-in. Nothing to copy.
The assistant connects through Likely's secure sign-in flow. You approve access there, and Likely never displays a secret for you to paste elsewhere.
